All of our products are handmade in small batches to ensure quality and freshness. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.

Shipping

We ship Australia-wide using standard tracked delivery services. Shipping times vary by location, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days.

You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind. However, your satisfaction is important to us. If there’s an issue with your order — such as receiving the wrong item, or a product arriving damaged — please get in touch within 7 days of delivery.

We’ll happily offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

All Amelandra products are made with certified organic, natural ingredients and are tested for safety and gentleness. However, we recommend patch testing before use. We cannot offer refunds for personal sensitivities or allergies.
